A Literature Study on Prescription of Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI and it´s Kinds

Abstract
|
|
|
There are three different kinds of Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI. They are Huangkeum( 4), PyonkeumGM and Jokeum(IM. We investigated the effects of them, through the famous prescription book as we call it BangyakhapyonO~ A ie).
The major results are as follows
1. Huangkeum(*:~V) is in general use CDreducing fever Oclearing away heat to stop bleeding 3Oreducing fever and miscarriage prevention clearing away heat and toxic material heat clearing and damp drying etc.
2. PyonkeumG~2V) is in general use Treducing fever (2)heat clearing and damp drying of upper warmer and exterior of body.
3. Jokeum(11:20 is in general use CDreducing fever and miscarriage prevention reducing fever and causing diuresis 30clearing away heat to stop diarrhea etc.
